J. Rickard Donovan – Partner

Rick Donovan has spent the majority of his career practicing in the commercial transaction and business law areas, with a concentration in commercial banking, corporate governance, business transaction and real estate law. He assists clients on a regular basis with commercial and consumer loan origination, workout and foreclosure matters, corporate transactions, asset acquisition and sale, business planning, real estate development, landlord/tenant, and construction matters.

A Fort Wayne native, Rick supports various community activities through his volunteer work, including his membership on the board of directors of the Mad Anthony’s, as well as various roles in support of his family’s church and school community, and youth sports. Rick is a graduate of Butler University and Valparaiso University School of Law.
