Jared C. Helge – Associate

Jared Helge practices primarily in the areas of commercial and consumer banking and mortgage lending and servicing.

Jared regularly assists lenders with commercial lending transactions, including commercial real estate, asset-based loans, and other commercial lending transactions.  He also regularly advises commercial lenders concerning commercial loan workouts.  Jared further counsels lenders regarding foreclosure, collection, and other creditors’ rights issues.

Additionally, Jared is counsel to consumer banking and mortgage loan servicing clients regarding foreclosure, default, title, real estate, regulatory and loss mitigation.  He also routinely assists business and corporate clients on a wide variety of business and transactional issues.

Jared graduated from the University of Nebraska in 2004, majoring in International Business.  He received his law degree, cum laude, from Valparaiso University School of Law in 2007.  Jared is active as a member of the Board of Directors of the Risk Management Association.  In his spare time, Jared enjoys open road racing, traveling, and spending time with his wife and family.
