Mark W. Baeverstad – Partner

Mark Baeverstad has a distinguished record as a litigator. He has been voted by his peers as an Indiana Super Lawyer and as one of the Best Lawyers in Indiana and America. He focuses his practices in the areas of commercial litigation, medical malpractice defense and employment discrimination.

Mark is a graduate of Hope College and received his Doctorate of Jurisprudence from Syracuse University, graduating magna cum laude. He is the author of “Social Choices and Contributory Negligence” published in the Loyola University Law Journal in 1982. He has served as president of the Litigation Section of the Indiana Bar Association and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the Defense Trial Council of Indiana. Mark has served the community through leadership positions on several boards of directors of not-for-profit organizations in Indiana.
