Mark A. Warsco – Partner

Mark Warsco has lengthy experience as a litigator and focuses his practice on commercial workouts and bankruptcy, construction, commercial real estate, commercial litigation, and business representation. He is Board Certified in Business Bankruptcy Law by the American Board of Certification.

Mark serves as a Panel Trustee for the United States Bankruptcy Court, Northern District of Indiana, Fort Wayne Division. He is a Fellow of both the Indiana and Allen County Bar Associations and was designated by his peers as an “Indiana Super Lawyer” 2007–2010. He has taught a wide range of courses and seminars on bankruptcy and real estate law.

Mark is a graduate of Indiana University-Purdue University, Fort Wayne and Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington. He has distinguished himself in the community through his service on many boards of directors, including the Boy Scouts of America, East Central Housing Corporation, The African/African-American Historical Society, Inc., Indiana Legal Services and Northern Indiana United Methodist Foundation.
