Summer Associate Program

Rothberg Logan & Warsco typically hires one or two summer associates each summer, with the goal of providing those individuals with a complete picture of association at the firm. The program is designed so that the summer associate has at least one opportunity to work with every lawyer in the firm. Every effort is made to integrate summer associates into the practice by including them in hearings, client meetings, depositions and social activities. Those with a special area of interest are encouraged to pursue that interest within the firm.

Each summer associate is assigned a partner-mentor who is available to answer questions and ensures that the associate receives a variety of legal projects. Rothberg Logan & Warsco encourages a team attitude between partners, associates and summer associates, and most summer associates feel very much a part of the team.

Although not every summer associate receives an offer of association, the summer associate program is designed to attract individuals who will be long-term, productive members of the firm and our community. Most Rothberg Logan & Warsco associates, and many partners, participated in the summer associate program.

Rothberg Logan & Warsco regularly participates in the on-campus recruiting programs at the law schools at Indiana University-Bloomington, Indiana University-Indianapolis, and Valparaiso University. Second year students at those schools interested in a summer associate position should sign up for an on-campus interview in the fall semester. Second year students at other law schools should, by no later than October 1,  send a resume' and a copy of your transcript to:
