Susan E. Trent – Partner

Susan Trent focuses her practice primarily in the areas of creditors’ rights and bankruptcy. She regularly participates in complex bankruptcy matters throughout the State of Indiana. Susan counsels lenders with regard to numerous bankruptcy issues in Chapter 7, Chapter 11, Chapter 12, and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and regularly represents consumer mortgage lending companies, advising them on loss mitigation and workout opportunities in bankruptcy.

Susan graduated summa cum laude from Indiana University and received her J.D. from the University of North Carolina Chapel Hill. She has been active in the community with a wide range of organizations, including her service on the Board of Directors of the Ronald McDonald House at Parkview Hospital and participation in Leadership Fort Wayne.
