Thomas D. Logan – Of Counsel

Thomas Logan began his tenure with Rothberg Logan & Warsco in 1956. His "of counsel" role involves advising the firm primarily in the area of general corporate law, specializing in financing transactions and related tax matters.  Tom also provides the firm with consulting in the field of estate tax planning and estate and trust administration.

A native of Fort Wayne, Tom has had a distinguished career that has included leadership positions with a wide range of organizations. He has served as President of the Allen County Bar Association and on the Board of Managers of the Indiana State Bar Association. His past recognitions include Outstanding Lawyers in America (Health Care) and Who’s Who of America’s Outstanding Executives and Professionals.

Tom was awarded a Bachelor of Commerce degree with honors in 1951 from the University of Notre Dame and graduated with distinction from Indiana University School of Law in Bloomington in 1953, where he served on the Board of Editors of the Indiana Law Review and was elected to the Order of the Coif, a national scholastic honorary society. He has served our community as President of the Fort Wayne Quest Club and Grand Knight of the Knights of Columbus. Tom enjoys playing golf and racquetball and is an avid reader.
